Return Policy

There are no refunds for lost orders.

Exchanges are only available if the following items come damaged:

  • Tumblers
  • Mugs

All other items are FINAL SALE ONLY.

Please be advised that all custom designed orders require approval of design before construction begins.  Custom orders are FINAL SALE ONLY—No refunds or exchanges allowed on custom orders, including mugs and tumblers.

Exchanges are applicable only on items damaged during shipment.  In order to process your exchange, the following information is required:

                Photographical evidence of damaged shipment. 

                Verification that the item has not been used.

                Report of damage must be received within five (5) days of delivery notification.

                Request for refund can be initiated at with the subject line EXCHANGE.

Instructions for return of damaged item will be provided once the exchange email has been initiated.
